PCB Design Services

Newgrange hires our designers fresh out of college. We primarily recruit Math and Physics majors. A sampling of the schools our designers come from UMass Amherst, BC, BU, Northeastern, Brown, Duke, Northwestern, Wellesley, Bates, Providence, UVM, Gordon, Suffolk, Brandis, and Bowling Green.

Every Newgrange PCB Designer goes through a 2-year training program, though our training never really ends. We have tests administered to qualify for certain parts of the PCB Design process. We continuously audit our designers work and provide feedback to insure the highest levels of quality. In addition, we have two full-time PCB Design trainers with over 10 years of experience at Newgrange Design and one is CID+ certified. Our 20+ design staff gives us the ability to scale up with additional designers if demand spikes for a customer and we know there is a baseline of skills and approach that you will recognize between our designers. Our process also includes internal random audits to ensure the highest quality work.
